ABOUT Orissa Association
for the Blind, Bhubaneswar

Odisha Association for The Blind Was Founded in Bhubaneswar, In the Year 1975 For Service of The Blind people. It Is a Non-Profit Organization Registered under Indian Societies’ Registration Act XXI Of 1860 On 9th June 1977, And Has Operated Out of Its Current Location in Mother Teresa Road Bhubaneswar Since 29th April 1975.OAB Has Been Serving persons and Adults with Visual Impairments for The Past 49 Years. Now the association is organizing a Variety of Programs for Children with Visual Impairments.

Broad Objective

To initiate an organizational rebuilding process for re- imagining our future in the fast changing and intricately entire-dependent world, by aligning our organizational structure systems, and ethos with the ambiguity complexity uncertainty and volatility that have become inherent characteristics of the Present World.

Long Term Object

To touch open the live 5.21 lakhs blind people of Odisha in all 30 districts of State. We happy to recognisees the relentless perused of excellence and unmatched passion for the communities we serve. Be with us and encourage us in our mission to help communities change their lives for the better. Please helps us in translating our dreams of social empowerment and economy emancipation of the visually impaired community in the state of Odisha.
